Chances for NIT is less but you may get IIITs and GFTIs.
Most probably you will qualify JEE mains so its time for you to prepare for JEE advance.You might get into IITs.
Or if you wish to improve then you can reappear in JEE april session .If you are scoring more than 96%ile ,then definately you may get in NITs.
