Hello.
If you didn't score 75% in your class 12th and you are expecting some colleges on the basis of JEE mains exam other than IIT and NIT but which offer good education and has very good reputation so definitely you can have ,there are so many colleges/ universities which gives you admission on the basis of JEE mains but their cutoff for intermediate is not 75%, some of the colleges are given below:

HBTU Kanpur
Thapar University.
Dhirubhai ambani college.
LNM-IIT
SGSITS IIndor etc.

rpsingh.rly I am not saying that it doesn't matter yes , it matters but their cutoff is not 75% their cutoff is less i.e, 65% in class 12th
