Should immediately send a request application for correction of your spelling mistake in your name of your name to the respective authority that conduct the need easy exam of NDA or send them a send them urgent email on their email address of NTA. Possibly they will consider your case I will take an immediate action for the correction of  spelling of your name.

On the other hand during the time when correction window opens then you can make the same request application for correction of  spelling of your name. You get a chance to sit your meet you exam and even in this process the  spelling of name is not correct it then you correct it at the time of correction window openning. if you successfully qualify I Neet ug exam,  it may be possible to correct the spelling of your name by producing valid documents like 10th class marksheet, registration form and  copy.
