Hi,

If the photo without name, date and white background was accepted when you filled the form and even got your admit card , then you can carry the exact picture/ photo to the examination hall as well. 

To be on safe side I would recommend you to carry another photograph with all the things which were not there in your earlier photograph. 

I would suggest you to read all details regarding all the things to be uploaded,what are the requirement next time you are applying for any exam.
