You can pay in any mode which you feel free. But going for DD would seek little more time compared to net banking(even this is safe), as you have to deposit cheque , but that's the safe and better way if you want to do it offline.(however that token fee will be refunded in case no seat is allotted)You need not worry about the mode of payment,don't delay, all the best!
