In case of recruitment of public sector, such as IBPS or SBI, there's no such direct recruitment of branch manager, you have to appear for Probationary Officer post recruitment, and then onwards with year of experiences you become manager, Eligibility for PO remains graduate in any discipline from a recognized university, there's no specific aggregate required in case of IBPS or SBI.
When it comes to private banks, the recruitment takes place on an individual basis, it's eligibility criteria may be a degree in finance, accounting or relative field, this is something you need to check with the bank, also there are many banks which offer students post graduate diploma programs for a period of certain months for which you need to qualify the conducted test and complete the program after which you'll be appointed for the post of Probationary Officer. There are many such banks which follow this criteria, however the fees here to complete the program and there onwards get appointed comes with hefty price.
