sat is enough never heard of the second thing but after giving sat you can get college directly

IELTS and SAT are totally different domain..... IELTS is an English language test whereas SAT is an entrance exam for various universities in Canada, US,etc. The SAT tests your college readiness by testing your English and Maths whereas the IELTS tests your proficiency in English.... Now coming to your question as you want to take admission in abroad colleges I will prefer you to give SAT exam only rest it depends upon you!
