Hello Prachi Pranamya, it totally depends upon you, which form you want to download. As you can decide only, that you are satisfied with it or want to see further choices. If you want to wait for other colleges of your preference then you should go with Yes upgradation otherwise with No upgradation.

Sir, I got the first choice I opted for. And that's why I don't want any change. I am not getting any link for either of the form. What should I do ?
