i wnt to study 15 hrs per day but I can't
I would suggest you that it's not how many hours you study daily.
For whatever exam you are preparing the number of hours is not required but the consistency that is required for the daily hours.
You don't need to study for 15 hours for your whatever exam you are going for just be focused whatever you are reading be consistent and spent quality time for studying .
May be it happens if you read for 15 hours it may make you tired as well as bored so read with full confidence and quality of time spend for preparing.
Do smart work rather than hard work.
Nd if you are reading for 2 hours just imagine then take appropriate time of break or intervals in between your study hours that is an effective way and keep your phone aside to concentrate start with the topics that is easy so that you don't get bored and reluctant at the starting.
So study well with smart tricks.
Hope this will be helpful.
All the best..
Regards!
Hello Aspirant,
It is quite difficult to maintain the same level of energy and concentration for a long period of time, especially to study. This is because , studying involves our senses and brain working together and there is a continuous comprehension of facts involves which can be exhausting for your brain. So in order to study for long hours , the most important thing is to take create a time table with enough number of breaks. Like 1 to 2 hours of study and then 15-20 minutes break. In order for the brain to comprehend and retain what you are studying , you will also need physical stamina , so include a physical activity in your breaks . And get a good amount of sleep daily on time so that you brain remains active through the day time the next day.But remember please do not strain yourself too much.Try to to study few hours with utmost concentration instead of sitting straight for long hours.
All the best
Hey aspirant,
Studying 15 hours a day is very much difficult. In a day you need time for basic daily activities like sleeping, eating , bathing . Apart from these also you can't study continuously without taking a break as that reduces the efficiency of studying.
I would suggest you to focus on quality and nit quantity. Adopt methods to study a topic fast and get the concepts clear in one go, such that you don't have to repeat a topic many times. Be focused for the time you will sit to study. Eventually you will see that spending less time you are learning more. Studying is nit about investing all the time in it but about learning strategically.
If you are specifically preparing for any competitive exam then make sure you give more time for solving that exam related questions. Solve previous year's questions and mock test papers this will help you a lot.
Hope this helps,
All the best!
Hello applicant,
*As per your question How many hours are you studying at present? If you tell me it's 14 hours or maybe
12 hours I shall advise you to scale back those.
Why does one want to extend your study hours? Because you would like to find out more - because you
discover that the amount of hours put in producing sufficient output. Let me tell you frankly that
increasing the amount of hours beyond some extent isn't only futile but even counter productive!
After you've got reached the top of your receptive capacity after a particular time- less than two hours
of continuous study, you input longer without corresponding output, or with none output. It results in
frustration and loss of concentration and loss of your time , Something entirely against your wishes. you
would like to review more in order that you learn more. But you're unable to find out more while you're
wasting valuable hours.
Your mental retention keeps on taking place with every passing hour. the quantity of learning within the
second hour of continuous study is sort of a touch but the primary fresh hour. If you continue studying
without break the quantity of learning within the third hour could also be but half that within the first
fresh hour. it's going to be negligible within the fourth continuous hour. So though you'll have the
satisfaction of moving towards that 12–14–16–20 hours study goal your output with every passing hour
will add less and fewer to your learning.
Best results are obtained with something like following study cycle:
60 minutes study - 10 minutes break - hour study - 10 minutes break - 50 minutes study - half-hour
break.
Again hour study - 10 minutes break - hour study - 10 minutes break - 50 minutes study -
60 minutes break - go outdoors in green environment - go jogging. Recoup your psychic energy . Your
output will increase manifold.
You can achieve more by 8 hours of study than you'll with 12 hours of study.
But remember - KEEP REVISING.
Hope it helpful
