If i get 127 marks in jee main april attempt 2019, what will be my rank and my percentile ? Will i get in any of top 10 NITS?

Hey,
Sorry but you wont get any NIT from top 10. For other NIT cutoffs you can refer the following link:

But you wont be getting your desired branch so it's better also to check for private institutions which are good in ranks like thapar University, patiala or jaypee noida.
