    You cannot change ur choices as u already locked!
    And if you want to get a upper choice college u can apply for upward movement.
    Suppose u get 6th choice then if u want to go in 1-5 choices then go for upward movement

    Auppose i got 6 and 7 choices in upward movement in reap but i want to go with 7 can i???
