With this percentile your rank will be more than 1.6 lakhs ( mat change depending upon april exam results.)
But with this rank you will definitely get admission in fire and safety branch of IPS according to last year's cut off ranks ( in 2017 it was more than 8 lakhs.)
So there is definitely chance to get into it.
