Since you have scored 98.5 percentile , your general rank would lie around 15,000. And since you have the preference of state quota, there are much chances for you to get civil engineering branch in MNNIT ALLAHABAD.
Based on the Last few years cutoff for civil engineering in MNNIT ALLAHABAD, for state quota the closing rank for general category goes upto 15,000-15,500 . So there are much chances for you. You have still one more chance in the JEE mains April session, try to score as much as you can, to remain in the safe zone.
