Hi Saumya
After completing a law degree, many colleges witness placements from various Law firms, LPOs, other companies or MNCS related to legal work as well.
But you do not get placed as an advocate. If You want to practice as an advocate in a court, you can either practice individually or under some lawyer or both simultaneously.  But advocates do not take part in such college placements. You have to apply under them on your personal basis.
The placements which are conducted in a law schooll are done in various law companies/ firms as associates, partners, counsels  which i different than a practicing advocate.
Best of luck.
