hello aspirant,

As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam, difficulty level of paper etc .but based on previous year analysis we can help you with your query.now based on https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile your percentile would be around  98.5-98.9and ranking would be round 9k-12k .now note that each year these cutoffs change and if they change, your chances into colleges also may change.

hope this helps,

thankyou

Hello,

According to the experts analysis if your score is 140 marks then the expected percentile is going to be in between 96.84 - 98.24 and if the score is 150 marks then the expected percentile is going to be in between 97.56 - 98.62. There will be slight change in the actual percentile after the results are declared because percentile is the percentage of candidates who have scored equal or less than you in the exam, highest score and number of candidates appeared etc.

Considering the previous year qualifying cut off percentile you may qualify in JEE Main 2021 irrespective of your category. The qualifying cut off was as follows in 2020

  • General:90.3765335
  • OBC-NCL:72.8887969
  • EWS:70.2435518
  • SC:50.1760245
  • ST:39.0696101
  • PWD:0.0618524

In 2020 the qualifying cut off may vary depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam, previous year cut off and number of seats available.
