if i have less than 65% and 91% per. in JEE. then can i geet admission in such universities who gives admission on basis of only JEE?

As you scored 65 and 91 percentile in Jee mains 2019 , you can assure your seat in such colleges who take admission Jee basis but keep expectation high on 91 percentile because if you belong to reserve quota then you can get NITs too.
