if I have one year gap between 10and12 it is effect our placement or foreign placement in machenical engineer field

No problem they will just ask you about it. They are basically concerned about your knowledge , skill and how much practical you can think. For that you should have minimum knowledge about the field.

There is no issue as with the gap . Companies do check your Knowledge ,skills , foundation in respective domain , commitment and your academic record .
