If you choose to float the seat allotted in round 1 you do not have to pay the seat acceptance fee if you have already paid in round 1. If you can seat in round 2 you can either freeze/float the seat allotted. You have a provision to withdraw the amount and get a refund of Rs. 15000 further you will not be eligible to participate in upcoming rounds. But if you freeze the seat the seat acceptance amount will be transferred/adjusted to/with the allotted Institute.
