If I study only ncert book can I score more marks without going any coaching centers

Yes you may score well in Biology. For physics and chemistry try to solve some papers. Also do last 5 years NEET papers. Join some good test series as well. All the best!

Ncert book is the best book for neet examination. 70 to 80% questions come from it. But my advice is not to depend only on this book. Please also go through truemans. And practice mcqs from arihant or grb. Go through previous years question of aipmt. This will help you to be familiar with the question pattern and will hasten your speed of solving questions. Which is very essential especially for physics and chemistry. Good luck.

NCERT is the gold standard book for NEET. 80-85 % questions usually comes from NCERT. You can easily qualify in NEET by only reading NCERT books. Read books thoroughly and make your concept clear. Along with that practice MCQ from standard text books.
You must study and solve 10 previous years’ papers of AIPMT. This will help you get acquainted with the pattern of questions asked and the difficulty level of questions asked in NEET exam.
Mock tests have some advantages too. It will hasten your speed of answering which is very essential and help you manage your time during exam.
Prepare well. Take care of your health while preparing. Best of luck.

Yes. You can. But you have to read ncert of biology line by line, focusing more on figures, examples, numerical values, scientist's name etc etc.
Focus more on the topics which are frequently asked in exam , for physics and chemistry..slove previous years question paper of neet ug..
