if my jee mains marks are52, and I belong to EWS category . can I eligible for jee advance paper at this score??

Hello Aspirant,

According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your expected rank and percentile would be lying in the range of 165529-197679 and 81.82-82.02 respectively. On the basis of this percentile you stands your position at the margin line of cut-off as per previous year's cut-off. Las year's cut-off for EWS category was around 84 percentile which you can check out from the link given below :-

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change evry year so now it depends upon your Luck if cut-off decreases as compare to previous year's data then you will surely get the benefit but at this point of time anything cannot be predicted, so just wait for the JEE-Main result which is expected to be declared today along with the cut-offs.

With 52 marks in EWS category your
All India Rank :- 165529- 197679
With 81.82- 82.02 percentile
Therefore you can be eligible for appearing in JEE advanced if you fulfill the following criteria
The eligibility criteria for taking the JEE (Advanced) exam are:
  1. Candidates should rank among the top candidates in Paper-1 of JEE (Main),For example, for JEE (Advanced) 2019, the top 250,000 were eligible, but only 46.5% of those were open for all, the rest being reserved for special categories.
  2. Candidates should be less than 25 years of age, with five-year relaxation for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
  3. Candidates an attempt examination at most two times in two consecutive years
  4. Candidate should have qualified 10+2 exam previous year
  5. Candidates should not have accepted admission in any of the IIT earlier
  6. In addition, candidates are required to either be within the category-wise top 20th percentile of successful candidates in the Class XII Board Examination or secure a 75% mark (65% for SC (scheduled castes), ST (scheduled tribes) and PwD (people with disabilities))
If you fulfill all This criteria then you are good to go
