if someone is failed in 12sci gseb board this year and he is going to give both 12 board and neet in next year is he eligible or he has to give neet in 2022??? please answer

If one fails in board examination in 2020 and if he/she appears again for board examination in the year 2021 then yes he or she will be eligible for neet 2021 examination
, this is because he or will be treated as appearing student for the qualifying examination and appearing students are eligible for neet examination.
