Hello aspirant,

This is high time, you should have 100% confidence on yourself. Never loose hope.

  • Whenever you feel disappointed, say to your self, I CAN Do. It really works.
  • Give half of your day time (. Total hrs of yours  study, excluding sleeping time) to your main subject. Don't do new topics now. Solve maths mcq's on your own for mini mum 5 hrs. Leave the question you feel difficult. Don't stick to one question.
  • Solve mcq's of physics and chemistry for 2-2 hrs each.and revise minimum 3-3 chapters each of phy and chemistry.
  • Next day when you  start, again recall yesterday's portion. for 15 mins this will help you to remember all the things done previously.
  • Don't be panic on last day, whatever you have studied, try to do well with that. CONFIDENCE wins.

Did you know that Human brain is one of the most evolved organs? But the most intelligent organ hits its low when there is mental fatigue. In other words, when you put your brain through stress, the brain cannot function to its full capacity causing in decrease of cognitive and other functional activities. This is called Mental fatigue. Mental fatigue hits the memory power and there by causes stress, depression, loss of confidence, etc. The process has been put in simpler words for you. By putting your brain under stress, you are limiting your brain's functions causing lower confidence levels. But limits can be manipulated and get the desired results. If your brain feels right, the actions will get back to normalcy. Try following these:
  • Stick to a routine: Train your brain to wake up at the same time, prepare for a certain subject at the same time every day. The brain slowly gets adjusted to this and even one day when you are off the schedule, the brain orders you to get back to your schedule.
  • Sleep when you usually sleep: Wake up at the same time and sleep at the same time. The brain needs to be fresh to focus. Messing with your sleep patterns will effect the brain activities even more when it is srressed.
  • Mirror talk: Look at the mirror every day and tell yourself that ypu can do this because you are not someome who gives up.
  • Improving your memory power: Start off by trying to remember the smallest of things. Before going to bed, try to remember evrrything that you did from the morning. As small as which side pf the bed did you wake up, the chair you sat in for lunch or breakfast and the clothes you wore. Slowly shift this pattern to studies. Try reading line by line and get a hang of what you read. Then at the end of the paragraph, try memorising what you studied
  • Marshmellow test: Sometimes we are too harsh with ourselves. That also results in loss of confidence. So set smaller targets and grafually move towards bigger targets. Once you are able to reach the targets gift yourself an hour of a video game or a 30 minute show on Netflix. Appreciation does great wonders in boosting your confidence.
