You need to pass interview conducted by the job faculty.

If you are degree student you may not get a job.
As they need full concentration on there work they may not allot a job for students

If you want a job a after 12 and want to persue degree then they will ask you the college alloted letter that says you are going for job and college gives permission for that.

If you are going for any promotions after getting in a job you will be definitely in need of degree.

Call centre jobs does not require high qualifications you need to be atleast 12th passed. But all call centre jobs are not same like in marketing companies they may need b.com as minimum or in some technical startup or companies they may ask your BTech degree. 

You need to be good at English or whoever language is required and your typical speed should be good.
