Im preparing to give the aiims pg exam for mds. Is it absolute neccessary to be registered with the dci before final registration of exam?

It is very mandatory to have BDS degree from institute recognised by DcI for AIIMS PG exam test. Second is candidates must have completed 1year Mandatory rotary internship before 30th Jan 2019 and have atleast 55%aggregate marks in Graduation in General category for complete eligibility.

Thank you so much for answering. I have completed my degree with an aggregate of 65% and have completed the 1 year rotary internship too. But, i havn't registered myself with the dental council of india or my state dental council. My question is, is the registration necessary to fill the form. I have already completed the basic registration process for the exam but am stuck at the final registration
