    Hey there

    A self finance university is a university which does not receive any financial aid from the Central Government of India or from the State Government of India. They also do not get any financial grants from the UGC nor do they get any benefits from UGC but in case of osmania university they follow ugc guidelines and refund/Reimbursement will be applicable
