in jee advance one question has ABC correct opts but I kept only A now what will be my marks for this one question? is there any -'ve marks for not attempting?

It depends on the exam pattern . If the given question has partial marking then you will get partial marking in the above case . If there is no partial marking then you will loose marks, in some cases even there is a chance of negative marking also. It all depends on the pattern of the examination . so , refer the model of the question clearly while answering.
