In JEE Mains 2021 Feb attempt, i have written answer is 02.00 and correct answer in answerkey is 2. So my marks will get deducted or i will get full marks?

totally depends on the instruction of the question paper that whether you read to write your answer in numericals or use decimal digits after the correct answer upto two decimal points.
In JEE ADVANCEDexamination mostly you need to write up to two accurate decimal points after the answer in integer type questions, so it solely depends on the instructions.
