In jee mains exam I got 17220 ranking and in pu i got 70 percent. And belongs to ST caste. i need civil brach. It is possible or not.

I also wanted you to see the previous year cut off ranks of different nit and other colleges so you can make your prediction much better . Kindly take wise decision.
If you are a fresher kindly wait a year I am sure you will get a IIT next year .

according to your rank, you can surely get a seat in NITs.
in Surathkal, you should try in the branch like ME, CIVIL, CHEMICAL etc.
