Listen,  Instead of Aadhar card you can use your another Identification Proof like your PAN card , Driving License , Voter ID card etc.

BUT, If you wants to add your Surname in your Aadhar card it's also Possible .

You can visit Aadhar Enrolment Center nearest branch , they will ask you to fill a form and mentioned the important details, After submition the form at the same time they will add your surname and allot you a Virtual Identification Number there after you will get your Aadhar card in next 14 days on wards.

But make sure you can change your name once in your Aadhar card so try to fill the given form Precisely.

Although you can use your another Identity  proof during NEET Examination.

The admissible Government approved Identity in NEET is Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Pan Card, Ration Card or Driving License or Passport or Class 12 roll number issued by the board.

I think you have the Ration card , if not then you will get the 10+2 hall ticket which is also a valid proof. Also you should apply for the aadhar card correction and as there are quite some time left for the NEET, you are expected to get the new Aadhar card. If not received still you will have any of the above mentioned documents. So don't worry and focus on the preparation.
