In reap for special round i have to fill form online or i can get seat by college itself through offline mode?

Hello,

For special or spot round you will need to fill the form given by the college. You can find that form on respective college website. Then after filling the form you will need to get the form submitted to the college before the last date. You would need not do any online registration.
