Your rank is almost near to the cut off rank of the college. The second round of counselling might provide you a seat there if there are vacancies present. you can apply for the next round too .It Depends on your caste in a major way. More preference is given to sc and st candidates.

You have good chances to get a seat the next couple rounds for sure if the sets remain vacant.
