The eligibility/qualifying code in NEET is basically the category of student depending upon what is their highest qualification. I will list the codes for you to get a better idea:
- Code 01: The candidates who will appear for boards or have appeared and waiting for results to be out.
- Code 02: Candidates who have successfully completed and qualified for class 12th from a recognized board.
- Code 03: Candidates who have passed intermediate or pre-examination degree including practical exams in the science stream from a recognized university.
- Code 04: Candidates who have completed their pre-professional exam with PCB and English subjects along with practical tests after successfully qualifying in higher secondary.
- Code 05: Candidates who have passed their first year of Bachelor's degree from recognized university including PCB and practical tests.
- Code 06: Candidates who have qualified in their BSc degree with not less than 2 subjects.
- Code 07: Foreign candidates and those candidates who have passed any other exam which is equivalent to intermediate science exam of any university.
