Answer keys of semester exams and that too 3,4 years old is difficult to be available online. So, you should talk to your friends, senior or teachers regarding answer key because you won't find it online and also you haven't mentioned your college name so it will be more difficult. One more thing you can do is that you can Google the questions and hopefully you will get the answers.
