Is a percentile score of 85.86 in JEE main paper2 enough to get into a good NIT for B.Arch ? (I belongs to obc category)

Hello student,
With 85.86 percentile in JEE main examination, paper 2, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the NIT's when comparing the results of previous years. For home state quota, it was 40,000 only in a few states and other state quota required a rank which is not more than 6,000.
