No, BTech planning and Bachelor of planning are the same. The admission process for Bachelor in planning is done considering your JEE main paper 2 score , whereas the admission criteria for B.Tech planning in JNU, is done on the basis of your EAMCET score. You need to qualify and get a good rank, to take admission in this course at JNU.
