Yes, Graduation is eligibility criteria for LLB. One must have a graduation degree from a recognised university. LLB is a 3 year course which deals with judiciary and Law. Some subjects include Criminal law, International law, Domestic law, Corporate law etc. Admissions are entrance based. Also you can do integrated LLB after 12th if you want to do so.

No, graduation is not compulsory for LLB , you can go for integrated 5 year LLB program after your 12th board examination. Graduation is compulsory for 3 year LLB program and not for 5 year llb program
There are a number of entrance examination you can go for after your 12th for LLB, the most reputed and famous one is CLAT,
CLAT eligibility criteria for 5-year integrated law program is given below :-
*You must have passed or should be appear for 12th board examination
*You must have passed your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks.
*There is no age limit for CLAT
