Yes, graduation is compulsory for pursuing a 3-year LLB course which is a post-graduate course. However, If you want to do LLB just after your 12th, then you can go for 5-year LLB integrated courses.
The eligibility criteria for 5-Year course is the student must have passed Class 12 with 50% marks (less 5 % for reserved categories) or has appeared for the Class 12 is eligible to write CLAT and other law entrance exams.
