Is hcv necessary for bitsat or is ncert along with exempler and bitsat guide(s) with mock test enough for BITSAT physics. Given im in 12th

Yes doing hcv will put you in much better position as bitsat is highly competitive and only the relatively tough questions might determine the ranks.
So solving it will be helpful although bitsat guides are a must .
