    Provisional Seat Allocation Letter
    Original Admit Card of JEE (Main) 2017 / JEE (Advanced) 2017 (
    Medical Examination Report
    Class X marks sheet
    Class XII marks sheet
    Category (OBC-NCL / SC / ST) certificate, if applicable
    PwD certificate, if applicable.
