Is it a very difficult exam?

That is dependent on what sort of schooling you had, the college you went to if any, and whether you are familiar with the functioning of a computer to give your exam. Considering the difficulty of the exam, it is not very difficult. Rather the main focus is on English, as the name of the test suggests.
