Yes it okay to appear for the exam after preparing well. But the first thing to do is not underestimate yourself. Just set a timetable for the exam, know the syllabus and exam pattern, prepare well with full dedication and hardwork , go to a coaching centre if you need additional help and appear for the exam. I m sure that you will be able to d well then. Also do make sure that you fulfill all the eligibility criteria put forth by them.
