According to the guidelines provided by NTA for NEET photograpgh and signature, yes, the background of the photo has to be white and date should not be later than 1st september, 2019. make sure your face is foused and your ears are visible and you do not wear caps or googles.

NO. do not attest(sign) the photograph you are going to submit. But your name and the date on ehich the photograph is taken should be mentioned

Your signature should be given in full in running hand writing on white paper with black Ink pen. Be careful that signature should not be in capital letters. Scan it seperately neatly and upload it in its respective given file space.
