No!
it is not necessary to have domicile of Maharashtra if you go for medical college. You can take admission
you need domicile certificate if it is for admission in Maharashtra Goverment & corporates Medical College under 85% state quota & other state student's are eligible only under 15% AI quota seats .

You can get admission in Maharashtra..
