NCERT books cover complete syllabus of JEE MAINS exam.
If you will study with ncert, it will help you to covcover complete syllabus and solve your doubts.
And speaking of JEE MAINS exam, they ask some high level questions.
For that, you can practice ample amount of previous year question papers.
Also give some mock tests.
These are enough.
And if you want to study for Advanced exam, study for specialized books like H.C. Verma Physics, O.P. Tandon Chemistry and others.

NCERT books will help you clear your basic concepts which will help you study your further JEE syllabus.
But alone NCERT books are not enough to clear JEE.
