Hello i am from iet davv ,since our colllege counseling is based on jee mains marks and you marks is not enough to get addmisision in our college on basis of your jee marks.And here i guess that there is last round that is percentage based round and last year one of my frd of 85+ percentage got addmisision.so you can too apply for same.

Yes ... There is chance.but there is mote chance of getting other branch like EI,and E&TC,etc
Don't go for first round counseling ,go for sencond round amd third round counselling.
