    Thapar University is a private and autonomous engineering college.

    Faculty at Thapar is I would say overall good but still exceptions are always there. Some departments like electrical and electronics have not so good faculty whereas CS and mechanical has very good faculty.Also most of the teachers

    With 32 percentile in jee mains you may be having general rank around 750000. With this rank you have very low chances for getting admission in any college under general category. So you have low chances for DAV indore.

    Yes, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology provides merit based scholarships to deserving candidates. There are different scholarships criteria available:

    • Scholarships on the basis of JEE score in the first year
    • Aggregate Marks > 90% on the basis of JEE score in the first year.
    • First 10% of admitted

    for placement wise ICCMRT is best IET is a good college for engineering but for MBA ICCMRT is good choice
