Dear Aspirant,
All the students who have qualified in JEE Mains with an All India Rank must apply for the counselling in JOSAA which let's them get an admit in Any of the NITs, IIITs and CFTIs.

Dear Aspirant, yes 31 NITs (National Institute of Technology) in India admit students through JEE(Joint Entrance Exam) Mains exam conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).
