Hope you are doing great. So, after payment of fees in NEET counselling, and further, if you are not allotted with any seat during the entire counselling process until last round, then your fees will be refundable, but, in case if you are allotted with any college and it was you, who did not join, then the fee won't be refundable at any cost.
