Dear aspirant.
Hope you are doing well.. There is huge difference in between government medical seat or management quota seat. As you not mentioned the college for which you want to know. But government medical college seat are much cheaper and cost effective according to the private seat.

Yes, definitely there will be a difference in fees between Government Seats and Management/NRI Quota Seats. Management Quota seats will have a higher Institute Fee, besides having additional Costs for Hostel, Establishment, Etc. You need to be financially strong or have strong financial resources to secure a seat in Management Quota in Private Colleges.
