It will be conducted by josaa.....they will notify you what documents is required for counselling.....choice locking is online....you have to go through document verification offline

The counselling session of JEE Main 2017 is conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). Only those candidates who have qualified in JEE Main 2017 will be able to participate in the counselling session. JEE main qualified candidates will have to register themselves and select their preferred college and course. Online allocation of seats will be done based on the applicants All India Rank in JEE Main, category, availability of seats and other factors. After the seat allocation is done, the applicants will have to report at their allotted institute for document verification and fee payment. JoSAA conducts 6 rounds of counselling and the applicants will be allotted into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

3 Passport size Photographs
JEE Main Admit Card 2017
JEE Main Result 2017
Proof of Date of Birth
Seat Allotment letter
Photo Identity Card
Proof of Seat Acceptance Fee Payment
12th standard Mark Sheet
Category Certificate (if applicable)
